One of which, Trail Ridge Road has been designated an All American Road. It is one of 11 America’s Byways designated in the State of Colorado.
Average temperatures for August are from 55-85 degrees. At the base of the Rocky Mountains evenings cool off nicely, and the days are warm and sunny.
